FAQs

Felt weight refers to the actual amount of weight felt by the lifter when performing exercises. We have found that the load ranges between 60 to 80% of the actual weight on most Henny exercises.  The height that you place the barbell and how far in front of the rack that the lifter stands will influence the felt weight.  For example, in order to maximize the felt load on a standing row, the lifter can place the barbell low on the Henny loops and then walk several steps back from the front of the rack, this will create a more vertical barbell path and will provide 80% of the actual barbell load in standing row movement.

Due to the nature of the horizontal swing created by many of The Henny exercises, to prevent the risk of your rack tipping over and serious injury, your power rack MUST be properly secured to the floor (anchored and/or sufficiently weighed down with sand bags).

No, we recommend only using the Henny with racks that use either 2x3 or 3x3 inch tubing.
